Holloway participates in a program created by the Portland Housing Bureau, the Multiple-Unit Limited Tax Exemption program, which means a select number of apartment homes have restricted rents. To be eligible for one of these homes, the household income must be within the Area Median Income (AMI) for this program. HUD publishes these limits annually.
